info@ emails to 2 different employees

I setup an email account that I would like any emails to go to me and one other employee.  Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

There should be a way to do it, but I'm not sure how. Your control panel's mail forwarder should be able to set forwarding to one recipient, but I don't know if it will do multiple recipients. Maybe the first recipient can be set up to forward to the second? (it may be a one-level thing) The other way would be to write a custom mail filter that would handle such things. It could be in PHP or Perl. I don't think I've seen any good examples on this forum, but you might want to research such a thing.

One note of caution: if a query is being forwarded to two people, make sure you and the other employee have a way to coordinate replies. While it's good to have a backup or fallback so the customer isn't left hanging (if the primary respondent is unable to answer), you don't want a customer to get two different replies. It doesn't look good -- you're not very coordinated on your end. It's even worse if you give two different answers!
