The OP said he opened a ticket. @thefeldkircher, did you get an automated response with a ticket number? If you did, please post it the number here so support can be reminded to see it, in case it fell through the cracks somewhere. If you didn't get a ticket number, something went wrong and you did not successfully open the ticket.
This sounds like a server configuration problem, so it might not be a simple fix. However, support does owe you at least an acknowledgment of the situation within 24 hours, not to leave you wondering in the dark.
