Hi,

I sent an email to  enterprise@lunarpages.com asking for an upgrade to the enterprise package on the March 4th and so far I've only gotten an automated response. ref 5155-YUFL-7729

Could I possibly get an idea whether its possible for me to move before the end of this month?  I need to plan whether I will need to buy some more bandwidth for this month and next month if I don't get moved by this month.

thanks

hi !
I'm just kinda curious to know what kind of sites you guys run which would make you need to utilize huge bandwidth and/or webspace.

And if your sites run discussion forums, is this where the bulk of your bandwidth/space goes to ?

And a question about the plan... which web stats program is used for these accounts ?  Any other stat program than webalizer ?

Thanks :)

Hi Jaydj,

I am on the Enterprise plan, but I have it because it allows me to have many parked domains, several addon domains, ftp, a dedicated IP, and a lot more disk space.  I don't have a high bandwidth site currently, so I can't answer on that issue.  Basically, it allows me to have several sites that I am hoping will grow and then I won't have to worry about space and bandwidth issues in the future.

As for the stats programs, we have the same CPanel as everyone else, although we can install some programs ourselves that might be slightly more resource intensive.

Thanks

Hi ChrisM,

Unfortunately, ASP and JSP are not currently supported on Enterprise.

I hope this information is helpful.

Hi trebormojo,

Yes, it is available. It has been available since it was introduced.  It is only offered to pre-existing customers, and this is why it isn't shown on the www.lunarpages.com site.

Thanks

Thanks Danielle, man that was quick!! I have another question, $39.95 is pretty cheap and I asked on the phone the other day about dedicated servers and you guys don't have them anymore, but I'd be willing to pay even much more to make sure my upcomming radio/billboard promoted site is screaming fast for everyone.

You could in theory purchase all the available hosting space on a given server. However, I think you will find the performance on the enterprise servers to be excellent. I have yet to read of a customer complaint of performance on their enterprise account.

Just my 2 cents.

The dedicated IP is needed if you want to create your own personal SSL certificate.

It is also useful for anonymous FTP, so you can login with the username "anonymous".

The enterprise package is not likely to be discontinued.
