You will be notified as soon as you are moved by the tech who moves you.  I know you were nearing the top so it should not be much longer

Add On Domains
« Reply #33 on: December 10, 2003, 04:18:49 PM »
Hi,

I understand that each package comes with 3 add on domains.

Will the add on domains have a totally separate ftp login/password and e-mail facilities.

So would it be like running 3 sites on 1 server?

This plan looks very good, well done Max and the team at LunarPages.

The add ons will be just like the ones we already offer.  It will be accessed via the cpanel.  You can create email addresses.  You can set up a separate ftp account for them.  This plan comes with 25 FTP accounts.

Just want to ask if getting an enterprise plan out of the blue will be faster than upgrading...

I can see from the thread of the conversation here that only 3 plans are upgraded each day. Is LP done on the upgrades or if i decide to upgrade will I  be put on the waiting list as well? Would getting a new plan, say enterprise,  be faster?

It's the same thing I believe cause when I upgraded, I also signed up for a new account and I got both of them done same time.

You might as well just upgrade instead f signing up for a new one, saves you the time of having to transfer everything and backing up. When you upgrade, they do all the transfering and you don't have to worry about a thing. It's a pretty smooth transition.

Hi all,

I have just upgraded my account to the Voyager plan, and would like to know if it would be possible to upgrade to the Enterprise plan based on a 3 month contract (my bandwidth needs are very likely to decrease soon).

Is it at all possible, and what would be the cost?
My site is DVDShrink.info

Thanks in advance.  :D

P.S: and how much would be the cost to downgrade to Voyager?

I dont think there is any specific upgrade/downgrade costs. You simply pay for the cost of the plan you are switching too.

Thanks for the reply, Kata.  :thumb:

I phoned the helpline and was told exactly that.
However, I was also told the upgrade might take a week or so to take effect so I bought 10GB of extra bandwidth instead.
I couldn't afford to have the site down for a week, and my bandwidth needs should hopefully diminish soon.
