Does Lunarpages provide a web site counter?
« on: January 26, 2015, 07:29:25 AM »
Hi all,

My web site is blog based, but I put up an old fashioned quick and dirty static page to make some files available for a group of people.

I'd like to know how much it is used without the inconvenience of logging into cpanel.

Does Lunarpages have a web page counter script anywhere or do I need to go look for one myself?

If I need to go get one any recommendations?

Again, this is a quick and dirty page so I don't want anything involved.

Thanks either way

A very quick look at the Softaculous offerings (via cPanel) didn't show anything. I don't know if LPCP also uses Softaculous, or a different application offering. Something like a hit counter would be so trivial, I doubt anyone would make a full fledged application out of it. It might be part of a larger library. If the page is static HTML, I'm not sure there's anything that will work. If it's PHP or some other scripting language, there should be plenty of other code snippets out there you can use.
