ICANN has recently instituted new validation procedure concerning domain contact information. For all new registrations, transfers in to Lunarpages or transfers to other domain registrars, changes to a registrants first name, last name, or e-mail address, and for any bounced notifications (i.e. WDRP 90, 60 or 30 day renewal notices) a validation will need to take place.

We encourage all of our customers to keep their contact information up to date, not only for their account here at Lunarpages, but also for their domain registration(s).
We have recently seen where failure to validate the contact information for domain registrations, has resulted in a suspension of the domain name, rendering it useless until such validation takes place. The good news is, once this verification has taken place, the domain(s) become active again within 5-10 minutes. There are some exceptions to this, however, the process is simple and quick.
For customers of Lunarpages, the easiest way to update their domain name registration, log into https://manage.opensrs.net
with your Lunarpages account username and password.
Once logged in, from the top, horizontal navigation, select the 3rd option from the left 'Admin'. Then update the email address for the Admin Contact. While you are logged in, please be sure your Name, Address and Phone Number are also valid.
You will then receive a validation request to the Admin e-mail address you just entered asking you to click through and validate that your name and e-mail is accurate. Once you do this, the verification process is complete.
If you are unable to login to https://manage.opensrs.net
, and need to obtain your username and password, you may do so by one of the following methods:
1. Refer to your Critical Account Information that was sent to you when you created your account.
2. Contact our support department at 877-586-2772 (+1-714-521-8150 International). We will ask you to verify the ownership of the account and either resend your Critical Account Information, or with your permission, log into manage.opensrs.net and update the information for you.
3. If you cannot call us, send us ticket by emailing email@example.com requesting your Critical Account Information. If you choose this option, please be sure to include the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for security verification purposes.
