Dear Windows Customers,
We have planned maintenance our windows mail server (sm-mail2.lunarbreeze.com) to increase performance and reliability. After speaking to the
support department for smarter-tools they have recommended that we perform an upgrade to the current version that is in use. We are planning to
make this upgrade process occur after business hours on Tuesday July 24th 2012. The upgrade process will start at approximately 8:30PM (PDT)
and there is no fully estimated ETA on the completion time for this upgrade.
While we understand that email services are very important for your daily needs we would like to point out that during this upgrade process there is
a high chance that no emails will be received by the mail server itself. Unfortunately with the type of upgrade that is being performed there is no way
that we can avoid this downtime. The mail server software will be to be stopped and the server rebooted a couple times in order to complete the
We are taking the preventative measures to make sure that there is a backup plan in place in the event that something were to occur in the upgrade
process and we will be having that process tested out this week. In order to make this process smoother we are sending out this notice to inform all
customers on the server mentioned above to be prepared for this to take place and know why the email services are not working as expected during
