Hi Everyone,

I'm actually off my shift at this time, but last thing I heard was the servers should be returning to normal.

If after clearing your cache, flushing DNS, etc and checking on a proxy, your site still has an issue - Please let the support team know.

Thanks!

Great news! Now we need a explanation of how the DNS servers were compromised putting our users at risk.

Our server is still going to the *dark* place --- I've filed a ticket, but all of my clients pages on Lunar Pages are still down. Any idea of when this will be resolved?

Make sure you clear your browser cache and flush your dns cache.

My site on the endor server (civanoneighbors.com) is also redirecting there (though the subdomain at forum.civanoneighbors.com is not), and I can no longer access it through LP control panel.  I changed my password through control panel a couple hours ago, but that one no longer works and neither does my old password.  Additionally, LP has not responded to my support email query, even to acknowledge its receipt.

How does one use a proxy to check the site?

Thanks,

Simmons

The site seems to be ok for me. Did you clear your cache and run ipconfig /flushdns

Just did that and it did the trick, thanks.

Password issue resolved too (user error, of course).

Hi I cannot get to the Lunar Pages home page.
Each time I try to go there to log in I get diverted to another site.

Good news.
I can now access lunarpages.com

Interesting, I am pretty sure that the LP home page is not based in Las Vegas, so it looks they have yet another set of compromised dns servers.

Yea my sites are back up but anyone that clicks on one of my Lunarpages coupons or ads gets redirected over to the dark side.

ok I didn't visit my site until just a few minutes ago (7:45PST) so I never had a cookie from the redirect earlier and I am still getting redirects and phone calls  from my client and his clients calling him asking whats going on.

Is there even a way to temporarily stop the domains at all.  I tried taking out the ns1.lunarpages.com etc. but that didn't solve anything.  Id rather people get stuck with "that domain does not exist" message from the browser than getting directed to potentially harmful websites.

I just tried to clear all cookies and temp files, etc. but I'm still being redirected to another site. My knowledge of these things is limited so, assuming everything has been fixed on the server side, can someone please give me instructions on what I need to do now from my end? Also, will I need to forward these instructions to everyone who has been to my site since this incident?

If anyone is still seeing this issue, please provide your domain names. We can't look into it without those.
