Hello ccton,

I am able to access both sites correctly at this time.

This is the homepage of VicDir.

Could you try now, and see if you are still having this issue?

So this is a connection problem, server is still on. Thanks God.

No idea where's the problem between me and both the servers, I can wait longer - relaxed :)

Hiya ccton,

If you continue to experience this issue, you can provide the following, and we can see if we can help you figure out where the issue is located.

1.)  Your geographic location
2.)  Your ISP

\/PM this to me, do not post it.\/
3.)  Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/)
^PM this to me, do not post it.^

4.)  Are you able to access them using http://megaproxy.com/freesurf/ ?

.:|Traceroute|:.
A traceroute doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

.:|NSlookup|:.
An NSlookup doing the following:

1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomainname and hit enter.

Thanks.

Hello ccton,

 Just replied to your PM.

Looks like you arn't getting past Asia / The great firewall of China, as that is the last IP on the traceroute.

If you will, go ahead and submit a ticket to the help desk, and include the information you sent me in the PM.

Sorry I wasn't able to be of further assistance in this matter.
Kind Regards,
 Derek Stringer
