The coffeecup software is not shareware. It is licensed and would cost anyone else the full $700 to get it other than the free trial versions available on their website. Where and how did you download it ? You should have logged into your CAP Customer Account Panel : https://account.lunarpages.com and clicked the large purple "Download Coffeecup Here" button using the username and password you were given. There should not be any of it that says "not functional".

I hope this helps,

That's how I went to the download page , it was very confusing  nothing about free dload from lunnar pages. there was a button to download everything that's what I did. I looked everything there over, maybe it's just me  the bundle I D/L was 127 megs.

OK, log into your CAP, click the purple button about halfway down the page, then it will ask you to enter your email and password. Then the next page, the first link in the list is what you should click (Download Upgrades or Recover Your Software) , not any at the top of the page which are the trial versions. If you need the exact link let me know I will get it for you.
