"Sending of password did not succeed." What's going on?

I can't check any of my mail today. When I try to, I get the message:

"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mysite.com responded: Maildir invalid (no 'cur' directory)"

Instead of mysite.com, the message shows my actual lunarpages domain, of course.

Is this part of the upgrade of Helios being moved to a new server yesterday? You indicated in your warning that "there will be an approximate 30 minute window after we do the last data synchronization between the servers where databases will not convert data to the new server." Is that what is happening? It's been well over a couple of hours.

When I called up customer support, I was on hold for about 30 minutes, and then I was dumped into a voicemail box. Do I need to send a trouble ticket?

Most definitely.

Always do that first to get it in the pile, before calling support as the phone system usually has high volumes most of the time. Good luck.

Hello,

I am in contact with a System admin about this situation at this time.
We are working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible, and apologize for any inconvenience as a result.

The mail content does exist on the server in all cases I have seen so far (including with my own account, however, I cannot get access via IMAP to any content or mail folders I have, nor is webmail displaying content correctly.

Please be assured that we are working to resolve this ASAP.

Hello,

This situation should be resolved at this time.

I have verified on my own accounts that IMAP should be fully functional as well as Horde/Squirrelmail connections.

All content is visible in my mail clients, and webmail.
