I can't check any of my mail today. When I try to, I get the message:
"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mysite.com responded: Maildir invalid (no 'cur' directory)"
Instead of mysite.com, the message shows my actual lunarpages domain, of course.
Is this part of the upgrade of Helios being moved to a new server yesterday? You indicated in your warning that "there will be an approximate 30 minute window after we do the last data synchronization between the servers where databases will not convert data to the new server." Is that what is happening? It's been well over a couple of hours.
When I called up customer support, I was on hold for about 30 minutes, and then I was dumped into a voicemail box. Do I need to send a trouble ticket?
