There is no website configured at this address...
« on: November 18, 2005, 07:53:42 AM »
Hello,

After the upgrade over half of my sites are not working and keep getting
"There is no website configured at this address."

It has been over 15 hours and my sites are down.

I've repeatedly emailed, called and re-emailed the problematic sites.

It all happened after the recent Zend Optimizer Upgrade.

Will somebody look into it?

Thanks,

- George

George, don't keep adding to your tech support ticket, because all that does is put you back down to the end of the queue.

You want your ticket to reach the top, so don't post anymore to it until you get your first response from tech support.

Thanks for the tip leighsww.

Typically LP support was quicker and got worried to experience this 15 hour downtime.

Hi George,

I checked your ticket and it looks like this has been resolved with the exception of the missing sub domains.  Do you need our techs to look at this for you?

Hello Amy,

Yes everything seems now OK besides subdomains.

I would appreciate it if you could re-configure the conf files for the subdomains (if that's the issue) because it's a burden to manually check every single site.

If you could recover the subdomains back to normal I'd be very  :yey: happy indeed.

Thank you all for your support and the Upgrade.
