The fllowing email was just sent to Abell customers:
This morning Abell underwent a severe DOS attack. Our system administrators isolated the cause of the attack very quickly and took measures to remove the site getting targeted from the server. However, even though the site was removed, the attack continued on the server.
In order to rectify the situation we are changing the IP of the server which will immediately end the attack. Customers will need to empty the cache on their computer. It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes for everything to update.
We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved. If you have any questions regarding this or need further assistance, please contact email@example.com.
