Sorry about that, didn't know about your other domains with us.  I've had a tech restart cPanel now so everything should be ok  :thumb:

I am down again on aaryn. I can't get to my site or download mail. Is there a new attack? Anyone else having problems?

Thanks.

I was told by support that they are rebooting aaryn and it will be back online in about 30-45 minutes.

Well, I'm looking for a new host and if this takes all day again or happenes once more after today I'm switching.  I don't like the fact that I was down most of the day yesterday!

I rely on my website to be up and any downtime is a loss of business.

Yeah. This is getting kind of ridiculous. We're losing business and paying for advertising for a website people can't get to.

There's not a lot they can do about a synflood other than what they are trying to do right now.  I have a site on here too, however my ISP also got hit just minutes ago and have finally got theirs back up.  It would have made no difference if my site was local to my ISP or LP, either way it would be down.  Yesterday while LP was hit, the Arkansas Dept. of Highway and Transportation servers were also being atacked.  This is not just isolated to LP.  I'm sure a lot fo others were hit as well.

It is actually getting a bit scary.

Hi,

We are still working on the server right now, hopefully it will be back to full strength soon.
Unfortunately there are unsavoury elements out there with regards to aaryn and we will get to the bottom of this.
I understand your frustration.
Please believe me we are just as frustrated as you are :(

Hello,

As Brian pointed out, there isn't something that Lunarpages can control, however we certainly do understand the frustration and apologize for the inconvenience.  We are working as fast as we can to get this under control again.

As with yesterday, you can check the status here: http://www.lunarpages.com/login.php

But, we've had ongoing problems while on Aaryn. Think we're gonna go ahead and request to be moved onto a different server.

What kind of ongoing problems? Have there been ongoing service interruptions beyond what happened yesterday and today?

I only switched this site to LP a couple of weeks ago. We have a launch at the end of this week and if it the site is not up and running there will be a financial impact. When we are not in season, it does not matter so much, but this is happening at a critical time.

Any insight will be appreciated.

I should add that beyond this issue, I have been extremely with the service offering.
