I am sending the following email to Banic customers shortly:
First, we want to apologize for the speed issues that are occurring and thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We are working diligently around the clock to resolve the issues with the NAS in order to fulfill our expectations of superior service.
We are still not at a speed level that is acceptable to us an Resin is not working as well with the NAS as we'd like. Therefore, we will move Banic off the NAS. We will begin migration back to the original set up this afternoon, Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 4:00 pm PDT.
You will experience no downtime during this process but we suggest no significant changes be made to your site during this time.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we resolve these issues.
