linking databases PHP versus CGI
« on: March 04, 2004, 04:46:54 AM »
I would like to know if there is a way to do a batch-input in the Agora Shopping Cart
from another database.
The customer I am building the site for wants a customer-depended
default selection of products, stored and managed in a
MySQL-database to be inserted into the shoppingcard.
If possible a script in PHP would be preferred.

If it is possible by creating a import-file and running a CGI-script
without interaction by the customer it also can be accomplished.

Regards and thanks in advance.

Jodepro,

Did you ever find a solution to the problem? I'm not sure what your question is. Do you want to import database info into another one?
