I also did not realize that the "here" was a link,  :?, and clicked everywhere (I thought) wondering why I could not update my contact info! :o

Hi,

Maybe this is a dumb question but... since the update contact information is in Cpanel and not really anything to do with contacting support@lunarpages.com which works just dandy then why do we even need to do this?  :-?

Saw that in cpanel and thought, but I have been in contact with lunarpages all along an getting an receiving emails from support.

Hi Ruth,

The contact info in Cpanel is so that if we needed to contact "you" concerning something to do with your account, we could.

That's why it's best to use an alternative email other than one from your account so that if your email was out of order for example, we could still contact you.  :thumb:
