I had 93 spams that got by Spam Assassin this morning, and some of them exploited the Habeas mark.
Habeas ( http://www.habeas.com
) provides a service to assure email is not spam. They license a little poem that goes in email headers. If you use it in spam, they sue you for copyright infringement. Spam Assassin by default assigns a negative score to email containing the Habeas mark, meaning that something that would otherwise be spam might get through if it has the mark.
Currently, there's a wave of spam containing the Habeas mark, and it gets by Spam Assassin. For the time being, I'm going to disable the Habeas test by adding the following line to my user_prefs:
score HABEAS_SWE 0
