I supposed to have Dedicated support 24/7/365 with phone support, at this time of reply it's been 25hrs. I'm a long time customer and never had a "NO RESPONSE" to this degree from Lunarpages.
Yes; I did receive support ticket number.
My problem can only be corrected by support, I accidentally deleted a old website folder that was connected to all my sites and I need a restore from back to 8pm CST on yesterday when all this happened, I didn't backup.
So that's why I need support to respond and restore ASAP. I would hate to leave after so many years, but sometimes change is good.
