If you haven't opened a formal support ticket, they'll never see this report.

This forum is for peer-to-peer help and advice among Lunarpages customers. It is not a formal support channel, and there's no guarantee that the support staff will ever see a problem report posted here. They do not routinely monitor this forum.

If you have a ticket opened about this matter please post the ID and I will make sure it gets forwarded to the proper department. For some reason, the link you posted returns a blank page. Is it an internal report?

I see. It'd be best to keep that in mind. Thanks!
