If you are still having problems, you should report it to support (open a ticket by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via the helpdesk through your account login). Support does not regularly monitor this forum, and may not see your report here.
If you can FTP to your account, the server itself is probably still up. Did you just make any changes, such as switching to a new server? Remember that it takes time for DNS changes to propagate through the system and be seen by all on the Internet, including your local ISP (allow 24 to 72 hours). Did you change your .htaccess or anything? Are you getting any error messages, such as a 500 (Internal Server) error? In addition to FTP, can you get to your control panel (cPanel, LPCP, etc.)? Any errors should be logged there.
