Title: Server listed at Spamhaus
Post by: lisam9 on June 25, 2018, 11:21:12 AM
For the last two days, many of my e-mails have bounced back. This is the link provided: See https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/67.210.116.240 . It indicates that this server at Lunarpages has been blacklisted for a botnet infection.

Can this be resolved soon? Thank you.

Make sure you open a support ticket. Support does not always read this forum, as it is not an official support channel. They may not yet be aware of the server listing.

Oops, I spoke too soon. I'm now in Day Five of e-mail bouncebacks, and it's been 24 hours since Support told me they were working on it.

They suggested that in the meantime I could use the SMTP address of my ISP, but I use webmail (Roundcube), and I can't see that it's possible for me to change the SMTP server within Roundcube or CPanel. Support has also not answered this question.
