Administrative/Customer Service position supporting Technical Services. Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. Local candidates only for the Los Angeles Data Center Office.

Description:
 

  1. Directly supports Director of Technology in administrative and clerical duties including scheduling and organizational issues within the technical services department.
  2. Customer liaison for Technology Department.
  3. Assists with setting up servers and basic administrative duties as it pertains to technology.
  4. Expands knowledge of technical services department and fills in where needed.
  5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills:
 

  • Basic office software programs | MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Internet and email correspondence.
  • Understanding of spam and how it works.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Ability to strictly maintain confidential data.
