The setup fee is waived for the annual plan.
On the Basic plan you have the following payment options:
Fall Special - 24 Months @ $4.95 per month = $118.80
Fall Special - 12 Months @ $4.95 per month = $59.40
6 months @ 8.95 per month + 30.00 setup
3 months @ 9.95 per month + 30.00 setup
